Camp Harmony Forms

Registration for Camp Harmony normally begins in the second or third week in May. The number of campers is usually limited to 50-60, so register as early as possible. For more information about Camp Harmory, or First Baptist Church, you can contact us.

Below are links to the registration form, the medical release form, and this years Camp Harmony Brochure. You may print out a copy of any of the forms below, fill them out and mail them, or drop them by the church.
